Why hire a wedding coordinator? 

At My Perfect Wedding Assistant, we want you and your family to be guests at your wedding. A wedding coordinator not only knows the wedding industry, but they have done this before and they know what works and what doesn't work. They know the ins and outs of weddings. Coordinators are there to protect your wedding vision and make sure things don't go wrong and if they do they will handle it before you or your partner even know! All of the stress and planning that goes into your wedding you should be able to enjoy it without any worries because your coordinator has your back. 

What makes MPWA different?

The Bride's B*tch is a little different than other coordination teams, as you can tell by our name. We don't sugar coat things, sometimes things go wrong and sometimes people need help and that is why we are here! Not only do we make sure everything goes to plan and is executed to your vision and dream through our coordination expertise but we offer event design and access to decor. Our Main B*tch package is a money saver and quite honestly one of the best parts of the planning process is creating the theme and look of your magical day! 

What kind of tasks does your coordinator do? 

Your coordinator is going to be the one who executes your vision while you are focused on getting married! They will be your insight into the wedding industry providing you with the best expertise. Some of the tasks that a coordinator does but in no way limited to venue analysis, layout construction, timeline construction, review your contracts, coordinate with other vendors, and design your event. Furthermore, on the day of your wedding, your coordinator will be there with you and your partner and making sure the big day is going off without a hitch! They will work on set up, work with vendors, and make sure everything stays on time without any stress to you. 

What is a misconception about wedding coordinators?

A misconception about wedding coordinators is that you don't need one or that you can have a friend or family member help. Sometimes full wedding planning is not in everyone's interest or budget. But coordination makes sure that you are in control of the planning process and we are the ones who put it into action so you and your family don't have to worry about anything when the wedding day is here. You deserve to be the spotlight of your wedding day and you don't need to be stressed about logistics or decor. It is our job to handle, and you can truly enjoy the experience of this once in a lifetime celebration.

Yes of course! If you are in search of a certain planning tool or resource we are there to help. We have checklists, guides and more for your use. Plus in addition to your coordination package, you will have access to Aisleplanner's planning studio with all the tools, trackers, and organizational elements you will need to plan the perfect wedding.

What does an assistant coordinator do?

Our assistant coordinators are our righthand man at our weddings. They know all the information about the wedding and if needed, they would be able to step right in the role as lead coordinator. On the day of they will provide your lead coordinator with all the help and assistance, they will need to execute your vision perfectly! 

Is MPWA available before the 90-day mark?

We are available before the 90 day mark. However, since we provide an individualized boutique experience for each of our couples there may be times we are working with other couples before we can get back to you. But we will respond as quickly as we can and help you out! If you want to meet and get coffee or talk we can schedule a time to do that as well :) 

How does MPWA decor rentals work?

MPWA has a wide array of decor that you get to use for your wedding if you book a coordination package with us! You can pick exactly what you will want to use for your wedding and our senior designer will help you with any event design assistance you may need. Our decor access is included in our two packages and MPWA will deliver and set up all of the decor.
