Saving your sanity during the planning process, The Main B*tch Package is so much more than just “day of coordination.” We will provide you with the extra help and support you need to plan the wedding of your dreams! A combination of partial planning, day of coordination and event design, full set up and clean up of your decor plus you get access to our decor inventory!

We do a little more “hand holding” with this package, which is perfect for any couple who needs even more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect wedding. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on during those tough planning months and get even more help than our average day of coordination couple. This is why the services in this package begin 3 months before the wedding.

Pre-Wedding Prep (Starting 90 Days From Wedding)

  • Creation and distribution of Detailed Wedding Timeline - we keep everyone in check!

  • Creation of Venue Layout 

  • We become your Vendor's Point of Contact (4 weeks before the wedding). Trust us, it will be a blessing! We will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors and confirm their arrival times, meal counts, confirm services booked and any other important details.

  • Unlimited support via phone and email

  • Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.

  • Attendance and Coordination of Dress Rehearsal 

Day of Your Wedding

  • Full Set Up and Clean Up of Decor 

  • Event Design: Full On-Site Styling ​

  • Access to our decor inventory and deliverance of all decor to venue 

  • Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!

  • Coordinating logistics and timeline of scheduled events. 

  • Line up and Cue the Wedding Party & DJ during the ceremony

  • Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres & corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members

  • Distribution of final payments & gratuity 

Because we want to give each of our couples a unique boutique wedding experience that matches their love story we limit our wedding packages to 200 guests to provide each of you the best possible service.

We accept check, cash, and all major credit cards. Credit cards will cost an additional 3% processing fee.
